DelPHI uses clinical NER models from the OpenMed project under the
Apache License 2.0:
  - OpenMed-PII-SuperClinical-Large-434M-v1 (base: microsoft/deberta-v3-large, MIT)
  - OpenMed-PII-SuperClinical-Small-44M-v1  (base: microsoft/deberta-v3-small, MIT)

Both models were trained on nvidia/Nemotron-PII (c) NVIDIA Corporation,
licensed CC-BY-4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).

DelPHI is proprietary software (c) 2026 Jivica AI. These acknowledgements
are for license compliance and do not imply DelPHI is open source.
